Who We Are

I founded

for the purpose of improving race relations and putting an end to racial discrimination.

I believe that we have made tremendous progress in the last fifty years, however it seems that we have hit a plateau. We may have even taken a step backwards in recent days and this is a call for everyone to focus on the positive and join together as one. We need to put the past behind us and work towards providing a great future for everyone. After spending 37 years in the banking industry, I have decided to commit the rest of my days to improving relations between all people.

The issue of racial discrimination has been on my mind for many years. My first recollection of it was when I was 12 years old. It was 1970 and schools in my hometown were being desegregated. Riots broke out at the high school nearby and the National Guard had to be deployed. Our small town made national news as students and teachers were taking weapons to school to either inflict injury on others or to defend themselves. It was very confusing for everyone, let alone a 7th grader. Why were people so quick to hurt each other simply because of the color of their skin? : It did not make sense in 1970 and it does not make sense today

We have developed a plan to help others join a movement toward positive change.

We want to encourage everyone to show their support for this effort. Our two primary goals are to:

  1. Reflect the reality that the overwhelming majority of people in this country are not racist and do not discriminate based on race.
  2. Change the hearts and minds of those who do discriminate.

Racism, prejudice, and bias are counterproductive beliefs and practices. Without them we can all be more successful as individuals and as a society.

We are encouraging everyone to show their support by showcasing these two simple words, “Come Together”, with our logo. By doing this, you will be joining millions of others across socio-economic, political and ethnic lines and expressing your support for these beliefs and values.

  • I believe that all men and women are created equal
  • I want to see the end of racial discrimination
  • I will embrace our cultural differences, without discrimination
  • I will celebrate our similarities
  • I want others to know that I support these values
  • I will strive to be an example to others by standing up for what is right

It is obvious that we need to come together as a nation. We cannot allow anger, misunderstanding, or prejudice to drive the conversation going forward. Our desire is to come together and take giant steps to eliminate the problems associated with racism in the near future. We believe it can be done, and we can be an example for the rest of the world by showing that we are part of the solution.

If you are ready to “Come Together” and stand as one, please show your support by wearing or displaying one of our products and showing that you are one of “The Overwhelming Majority”.

Thank you for your support.
